Service Description

These sessions offer an opportunity for parents to come together in a mediated group setting to discuss nutrition challenges following pediatric bone marrow transplantation. I will provide evidence-based and practical recommendations on managing and navigating the acute and chronic challenges that come with this treatment modality. Join this group to gain insight, tips, and support for your caregiver role following your child's transplant.
